AGIP offers a UKCP recognised training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. They are based in Archway, North London. They also provide a highly regarded Psychotherapy Service, and offer consultations, assessments and referrals for ongoing Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
BACP
The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy is the professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK.
Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR)
A professional and training organisation founded in 1985 with the aim of promoting and developing psychoanalysis in the United Kingdom from within a Freudian and Lacanian perspective.
College of Psychoanalysts-UK
A professional body for psychoanalytic practitioners in the United Kingdom. Administers and publishes a voluntary Register of Practitioners of Psychoanalysis.
CPJA—Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis
The CPJA is a College of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. It has an individual membership of over 1800 practitioners and brings together 30 Organisational Members, most of which offer training courses.
Freud Museum
The home of Sigmund Freud and his family when they escaped Nazi annexation of Austria in 1938. It remained the family home until Anna Freud, the youngest daughter, died in 1982.
London Society of the New Lacanian School
The objective of the London Society of the NLS is to promote psychoanalysis in conformity with the orientation given by Jacques Lacan to the field opened by Freud.
The College of Psychoanlysts
CPA aims to offer a range of courses of seminars related to psychoanalysis. Some are likely to be academic in nature while others will relate to continuous professional development. These courses will be open to practitioners of psychoanalysis and, in most cases, whether such practitioners are also members of The College or not. It is hoped that other seminars may be open to those who are not psychoanalytic practitioners. Details will be announced in due course.
A further important area of activity of CPA is intended to be the pursuit of research related to psychoanalysis in general, as well as the nature and comparison of different forms of psychoanalytic theory, training and clinical treatment in particular.

The Guild of Psychotherapists
A professional and training organisation for psychoanalytic psychotherapists. Founded in 1974 by a group of psychotherapists from Freudian, Jungian and Phenomenological backgrounds.
The Primrose Hill Practice
A site for therapeutic discourse at the heart of Primrose Hill Village. A space to speak about psychological, existential and emotional issues of concern in a confidential, supportive and facilitating environment.
The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis
The SITE for Contemporary Psychoanalysis is a training organisation and a member of the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis College (CPJA) of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). All graduates are eligible for UKCP registration.
The Site was established in October 1997 by psychotherapists who wished to create a training programme and an association that would foster critical, reflective and imaginative thinking about psychoanalysis and its contemporary practices.
